What does my child need to bring?Please ensure your child brings morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and a drink bottle to keep them energized and hydrated throughout the day. We have cutlery, plate and tap water available for all kids throughout the day.

What is the staff-to-child ratio?We maintain a minimum of 1:8 staff-to-child ratio to ensure each child receives the attention and care they need.

Who is looking after my children?Our Team members undergo a thorough recruitment process, including reference checks. They are experienced and highly trained working with children, with regular assessments to maintain our high standards.

Are the activities suitable for my child's ability?Absolutely! We tailor each activity to the age and skill level of the group to ensure every child is engaged and having fun. Our friendly staff adjust difficulty levels as needed.

Do I have to enroll for the entire holiday programme?No, you can book on a day-by-day basis, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for your schedule.

Do you take photos during the programme?Photos may be taken of children whose parents or caregivers have agreed to the photo release consent during enrollment. Those photos will be share will all participants after the program in a digital format.

What is your holiday programme credit and refund policy?Our credit and refund policy will be provided during enrollment or upon request.

What does a typical day look like in the holiday programme?Each day is packed with exciting activities, including Laser Tag, VR Escape or Outdoor/Indoor Escape, VR experiences, and Race Car Simulators. Children will also enjoy bonding time with the other kids, chill-out time, and plenty of opportunities to make new friends.

Can my child participate in the afternoon session if they missed the morning?Yes, the afternoon session includes a separate sign-in and "get to know each other" time for newcomers, ensuring every child feels welcome.

Is there an option for extended care after 4 pm?Yes, we offer an add-on from 4-6 pm for an additional $39. This includes more fun activities and games to keep the excitement going!

What are the pricing options for the holiday programme?We offer flexible pricing: $59 for a half-day (morning or afternoon), $99 for a full day (9 am - 4 pm), and an additional $39 for the 4-6 pm add-on. Activities are available on demand.
